Job Description: Lead System Administrator - Security (Contract to Hire) * This is a contract to hire role.* Looking for SAP security experience. This is a back end position.* Utility experience is not required.* Strong communication skills needed.* Will be a 2 step interview process - phone screen and in person.Primary Role: Lead System Administrator - Security Responsible for security analysis, role process re-engineering, software security configuration, testing, implementation, and roll-out. Create roles and access including authorization objects in systems Thoroughly understands SAP application security back end process to ensure technology-based products are correctly configured and operating as designed for all relevant applications. Promotes the use of technology in the business arena through process-minded secure software configuration, testing, and end-user training.Key Accountabilities:* Facilitates the establishment and implementation of standards and guidelines that guide the design of technology solutions including architecting and implementing solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, operating systems and applications across the enterprise.* Leads key ITS technical projects, supervising employees and external consulting firms working on the projects.* Develops procedures for routine administration, monitoring and maintenance* Provides training, guidance, and mentorship to less experienced IT technicians and administrators.* Ensures team tracks industry trends and maintains knowledge of new technologies to better serve the enterprise's architecture needs.Strategic Planning & Advising:* Serves as primary advisor on technology prioritization as well as future utilization of technology and business process improvements.* Develops, reviews and implements systems and documentation under development.Operational Performance:* Leads others in delivering continuous process improvement of internal ITS procedures and methodologies in order to meet changing business unit conditions* Serves as a key project team member alongside project managers, other technical leads, and business subject-matter experts.* Analyzes and documents relevant technical processes related to systems projects and improves these processes where appropriate.* Develops and leads peer reviews of technical artifacts such as; system and functional requirements, technical specification documents, and software testing scripts, for software selection and development projects.* Leads the implementation and roll-out of projects and/or work efforts and provides support to users.* Supports and complies with ITS policies and procedures including, Change Control, project management methodology, and SOX controls ensuring 100% compliance.* Performs after action reviews of plan activities, duration and resource estimates for server and storage related components of projects and makes recommendations based on the lessons learned.Education: Bachelor's required with Master's Degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other Management subject.
