We are 2 great girls who are going into our senior year and need 2 people to share a large double room. The room is big enough for 2 double beds and consists of two walk-in closets. The location is quiet. Water and Trash are included in the rent and LAUNDRY is FREE! Living room area is big and furnished and kitchen is in terrific shape. Fenced in front and side yards that get great sun exposure in the afternoon and free parking in big driveway. We like to study during the week and like to have a good time on the weekends. Seeking drama free people-preferably girls boys ok. You must know each other already to be even considered.
