Comments: I have a hesston baler for sale. Im the second owner of this baler, and since i have owned it, i have done alot of work to it. A list of that work includes: -All new bearings in all the rollers inside the bale chamber -Rebuilt the clutch assembly with new disks and pressure plates -Had the moniter refurbished -Rekitted the hyd. cylinders on the bale pressure arms -brand new belts under 500 bales ago -New belts on stuffer -rebuilt the entire pickup <br> -flushed hyd. system and change oil with JD HYGARD -Replaced some of the main bearings -New tires in xxxx -New bushings in the twine arm and reworked the twine cutter assembly -New chains and sockets last season Im sure im forgetting some other things, but i have basically rebuilt the whole baler. I think there are only maybe 4 bearings in the whole baler i personally have not replaced. It is a very good running older baler that has had above and beyond care. It makes tight, uniform bales and would be a great baler for a smaller farmer needing to roll up a few hundred bales a year. I have lots of parts to go with it, and getting parts for it have never been an issue. Its been inside all the years i have had it, but it does set out in the summer sometimes. Im going to say its field ready, i had it ready to go last fall for cane and only made 10 bales with it before i came across a newer baler i couldnt pass on. I am going to be fairly firm on the price because of the money i have in it in parts and also because its in great condition. Im listing it because i have a JD 567 now and dont have anyone else to run a second baler. If i cant get a reasonable price out of it, it will sit in the back corner of the building for a spare or until someone can run it. It just needs to go to a good home where it will get more use.
